Tracy Fackler has spent 25 years in real estate — and she didn't start at the closing table. She started in new construction, as a top-producing agent representing builders, learning homes from the ground up: floor plans, finishes, and what actually holds value.
Her roots run through Meade County. She was a radio DJ at WMMG at 15, then worked in newspaper advertising and at a Louisville ad agency before real estate. Communication and marketing aren't extras in her business — they're where she comes from.
She left this area for a long time. About five years ago, she came home — to Brandenburg, to the land and the people she knows — and now she helps others find their way home, too. She serves Brandenburg, Elizabethtown, Vine Grove, Radcliff, Ft. Knox, Louisville, and the surrounding Kentucky areas, working with first-time buyers, retirees, investors, military families, and growing families alike.
After 25 years, here's what Tracy knows: people don't remember the paperwork. They remember how you made them feel — whether you answered the phone, whether you showed up, whether you cared. Houses matter. But people matter more.

Tracy has been in sales since she was 16 years old and received her foundation in newspaper and radio broadcasting. She's been a multi-million dollar producer over and over throughout the years and prides herself on excellent customer service, making the process fun— and she follows up.

Tracy makes her home in Brandenburg, KY and besides meeting new families and finding them homes, she enjoys riding horses, painting and spending time with her sons.
